What is Ideal Food or How our Food Should Be !!


Ayurveda is a complete science, It is based on holistic treatment approach.As per Holistic approach, the human body is treated not only as the body but body-mind-soul in totality.To cure any disease or to remain healthy -what we eat is most important factor.Remain healthy or being well is better than all cure. If someone follows Ayurveda principles of eating and drinking that there is surety that one would remain healthy. The positive mindset is pre-requisites to keep the body healthy.Modern life is full of stress and fear.To remain in anxiety for a longer period is the root cause of chronic diseases.
                                                        To heal or remove chronic diseases and lifestyle-related diseases, chemicals and drugs are not the solutions.but the change in diet and lifestyle is only and the only solution.
                                                         There is nothing absolute, one food may be good for one but not suitable for other.No two persons are alike, Environment -inside and outside is unique to all.But few Ayurveda principles of food are universal.The First rule of food is to eat what is produced and grown locally, in your area. Eat as per seasons only.So in nutshell, we can say eat what is available cheap and as per season. For example if you are south Indian then use coconut oil for food cooking, and if North Indian use mustard oil or til oil, For Indians Palmolive oil or other imported oil is not advised and rather it may activate some disease genes, similarly someone in Malaysia is not advised to use mustard or coconut but should use their locally produced Palmolive oil. Genes and their blueprints, tendencies, disease chances are passed generations to generations and is beyond scope of modern sciences as they do not focus on consciousness but on the body only.
                                                                  Ayurveda and Naturopathy is complete Science, their recommendations are based on Holistic Approach. Second most important rule of Ayurveda and Naturopathy is to avoid drinking anything, other than pure water.No animal in the world other than human being drink anything other than milk or water.Soda and Cold drinks are almost poison to the body.They must not be part of diet if you wish to remain healthy or have developed any chronic or lifestyle disease.Surprisingly soft cold drinks acidity levels are far worse than beer or alcohol.
